After School Care
Dear Parents,
Welcome to the Gabriela Mistral Family! In support of working families, we are pleased to offer an After-School Extended Care Program. Our goal is to provide high-quality, safe, and enriching care for Mistral students. To maintain the standards of our program, we ask for your support, cooperation, and commitment.
REGISTRATION
Extended Care registration will begin on August 8, 2025. To secure your child’s spot, please return this application no later than August 14, 2025. Payment of $140 is due via the School Pay app by August 15, 2025. This amount includes: • $15 registration fee • Two weeks of care in August
PAYMENTS All payments must be made through School Pay app only. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of every month, with a 3-day grace period. Failure to make timely payments will result in suspension from the program. In such cases, parents will need to pick up their child at the regular school dismissal time of 3:00 PM.
How to use schoolPay?
- Go to www.SchoolPay.com
- Create an account (if you have a SchoolPay account, login with that information). The big "X" button will open tab. Then select “Profile Management”, from there the page will guide you through registration.
- Select the item and pay for it!
